    Boot colour in pictures on web/order form do not reflect what was delivered.

    Hi, the boots are fine so far but there is a lot more grey colour in the boot delivered than what is shown on the Web pictures. The ones I got delivered have grey across the toes and grey running up to every lace eyelet. It may seem like a minor detail but it now means I cannot wear them for the purpose they were bought.

    Sent the wrong shoes

    Amazon sent the wrong shoes. I asked for the ones I paid for and received a refund but no response on wanting the shoes I had paid for originally. I asked do you have these in stock and received no response. Very disappointing!

    2. Make sure you are wearing the same socks that you would normally wear with this type of shoe
    3. Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
    4. Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
    5. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
