    My wife sense ride shoe.

    Fits well. Very comfy. Break it in and walks around 3.5 km in our nearby cricket ground and walkway. Like the colour too.

    Quality not as it was

    Doesn’t run true to size and are half a size larger. The laces are very long and the rubber tab is not secure. They still perform the function of the shoe. The quality is not like it once was with Salomon.

    Light, grippy and pain free

    Having used the X Ultra trail shoes for many years, the Sense Ride 4 are vastly lighter with shorter lugs and overall more streamlined padding at the back of the heel. I can easily go from walking on footpaths to walking on trail to walking on sand and through mud. The foot pain I'd been experiencing with the X Ultra was gone within days of switching to the Sense Ride 4. I'm glad these come with the quicklace system. My only gripe with the shoes is that they have some sort of water resistance on the upper which makes the shoes hotter than the X Ultra but not quite as hot as the Gortex shoes.

    3. Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
    4. Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
    5. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
