    Not the right fit (sadly)

    My husband has purchased multiple pairs of Salomon trail runners, and swears by them as the best shoes he's ever owned. He bought these Speedcross 4's for me as a gift, so that we could venture off-road together. When fitting the runners, they're a little tight to get on, but are the right length (5.5 UK) and feel comfortable. However, when I go for a walk, I feel pressure on the outside sole on both feet, which makes them quite uncomfortable to wear. I suspect the fit is too narrow for my foot, and having tried them twice, I'm sad to say I can't wear them again. Sorry.

    Love these shoes

    My second pair of Salomon trail shoes. So light & comfortable. The tread is perfect for trails with so much grip - especially in the wet. Won’t purchase any other trail shoe .

    Measure in:

    1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor and against a wall
    2. Make sure you are wearing the same socks that you would normally wear with this type of shoe
    3. Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
    4. Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
    5. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
